Mark…Glad to see you had company on the ride. I had hoped since before you started your ride but as it says…’I have planned to come to you (and have been preveneted thus far)’ (Rom1:13). So it was not the Lord’s will. May the Lord continue to bless you with companionship and strength as you do His work and raise money for the James fund.
Maybe next time you ride across the country…it will be possible.

Mark & Crew,
I finally registered here to send out a hello. I’ve been keeping up with the blogs which have been great. I get nervous everytime I see a vehicle pass you…too close in my opinion. Stay safe and keep up the work God has called you all to.
You will be coming through my area on Thursday. I really wanted to see you but have to work that day. My family & I will be at the Mansfield, OH show on Sunday though. See you then, Mark!
Your days ahead should be pretty flat!

Dear Mark,
I only get time to check your Blogs when I get to work (we work for ourselves and that makes it easy to keep my Bible out in case of emergency). I hadn’t seen the one from the 14th. I felt so bad for your rough day I wanted to cry out for God to help you. But as always He never lets us down even when we can’t see it. In the end He always comes through for us if we keep the faith and stay in his will. We’re so glad so see you have a better day yesterday.
Mark I didn’t take time in the line when we talked to you in Lakeland Florida but I wanted to. Your wife must be a wonderful influence and inspiration to you. (I hope we get to meet her someday, maybe another music cruse) I believe Broken and beautiful is you best C D yet. I cry through at least three songs. I bought a copy for my daughter who it looks like is coming back home at last. “Back in His arms again”
We love you,
God Bless you,
Laverne & Frank

Hey Mark and crew!
Welcome back to Indiana!! We enjoy catching up on your video blogs during our lunch breaks at the cafe. Too bad you’re trek doesn’t take you a little farther north…you know we would supply you all with some nice cold, iced lattes or smoothies! You continue to show us all that even a “famous” person can still be a humble servant. Thanks for being the person God made you to be. Rest well and be safe!
1. So glad to see you looking so refreshed!!! Last week was a long one. I’m so glad you got to spend the weekend with your wife.
2. I wish you could see the deluge of e-mails we keep getting on Friday night’s concert in Jacksonville. That was not an ordinary night– God REALLY poured out his grace & blessing– OH BROTHER DID HE!!! I e-mailed Christian about it, but just keep pressing on in His strength. This whole thing is way beyond our power– God is doing something INCREDIBLE through this tour!!!
3. Hey Rob– I’m so proud of you man!!! Glad to have met over the past year and to discover how similar our stories are. You’re a real blessing to me, man– and you’re riding with a great bunch of guys!!!
4. To the whole crew (Christian, Clay, Eric, Mark)– miss you guys, and am so glad to have spent part of last week with y’all. Your sacrifice is being SO blessed by God. KEEP PRESSING ON!!!

Hey Mark!
What an awesome time my brother, Michael, and I had riding (and following) with you on Monday in Illinois and then into the great state of Indiana! It is a time we won’t soon forget! How awesome to be able to relate with you on a more personal level and realize what we already knew…your character is “real” and true! I thought of you this morning as we had a downpour here in my little town of Brazil, IN, and wondered if it was raining as you were riding. God is smiling as He sees your work to help support the widows and orphans through the James Fund. Keep pedaling, and know that you are in our thoughts and that I am praying for you! God will bless you for your faithfulness!

P.S. I got some awesome shots with my camera. Tell Eric that he might even be impressed.
It’s funny to watch you celebrate the flat roads. LOL. Enjoy them while you can! Blessings to you all!

Hi Mark,
It was good to see you have company on your ride yesterday. I will also have to agree with previous messages that you look very well rested. That’s good! I’m glad you were able to spend the weekend with Kate. I’m sure it was good for both of you!
Can you believe you have been pedaling for 6 weeks? I just got back from a 5 mile bike ride and I’m worn out! I cannot imagine doing what you are. God is riding right by your side encouraging you all the way!
After seeing you rested and renewed, I found this in Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Keep on pedaling, Mark, and raising the awareness for the James Fund.
God bless you, Kate, Eric, Clay & Christian, and everyone close to you!
Blessings and Hugs,
Chrissy A.

Mark and Crew,
I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to ride with you yesterday. It was beyond my greatest expectations.
As I told you while we were riding, the time spent with you gives me even more admiration for you than I had already developed. You are an inspiration, spiritually, physically, and personally in so many ways, to so many people. I thank God for the blessings I received during my time with you, and will forever be thankful.
More importantly, the lifetime of benefits to those associated with the James Fund will be priceless, and for that I also thank you.
May God Bless You all in doing His work.

Hey Mark,
It is so nice to see you have a good day, riding with the wind and not against it, with friends to share the day’s journey! It hurts to see you struggle at times, but it is so inspiring to see you never give up and keep pressing on through to the finish line! What a heart you have for the Lord and for others! God bless all of you!

Great to see you smiling and having fun on your journey today. Today’s quote, “When we share out dreams with God, He won’t laugh. As a matter of fact, God will take our dreams more seriously then we do, because He knows no compromise. He doesn’t deal in pieces of happiness and shadows of dreams. He will ask more of us than we ask of ourselves, but He will return more to us than we could ever hope or imagine ourselves.” How fitting this is. Mark and guys just to let you know my prayers have been answered and all my fears have stepped aside, as of now. The Governor of MN and the Adjuct General of the MN National Guard announced that the 26,000 troop that were shipped to Iraq almost 23 months ago are on there way home. 75 arrived today for their debriefing, physicals, and all the paperwork, before they can officially “go home.” The good Lord watched over this large group. MN lost only 9 precious lives. The good Lord has been with this group since they were extended in March, the month they were to originally return. My prayers are going out to all returning Red Bulls (the group from MN) and of course for your mission. Please assist in praying for a safe return for these tired, burnt out soldiers, who are returning to the safety of their country and of course their families. I do have to thank you for giving me the strength and for doing life one day at a time. It’s been a long 23 months. Thoughts and prayers are going out to you.

I keep thinking how awesome it is to be REDEEMING the TIME on this journey - it’s a trek like no other. Grueling, exhausting, wearing…yet eternal & everlasting EFFECT!
Hi there Mark - good to see you finally had a LADY riding with you for a change! You didn’t mention who she was though….and it doesn’t look like she rode with you long?
Continue to have a great ride! I loved the raccoons on the video!!!
