Mark,
Your stamina and endurance constantly amaze me! 160 miles is incredible. Glad to see the fall wasn’t too bad. Continuing to pray everyday for safety and protection for you and those with you. Welcome to PA….now the fun and hilly roads begin! “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works” Thank you for what you are doing for the orphans and widows…..the blessings reach farther than you know.
In Christ,
Jen
You really did look like you were flying pretty fast there! And please, please. Keep your eyes on the road! I could not look back for as long as you did and not crash, you have mastered some skills on this ride. But the way he did the video, I thought you were headed to hit or almost hit the bus! Yikes! Maybe some elbow pads at this point in the ride, would be a good investment. Wow, 160 miles! Only one accident. Thats doing mighty well there brother! Keep up the good work and yeah…Clays beard. Scarry thoughts on what may come out of there Praying for you guys! your doing a great job…ALL of you!

Hi Mark,
The music on this video was appropriate - you were flying!! Wow, 160 miles - what endurance you are blessed with. I hope your elbow isn’t too sore. Be careful out there! It looks as though PA is another beautiful state.
What else could be hiding in Clay’s beard?? Who knows - we’ll just have to wait until the “next episode”!
God bless you, Kate, the crew and everyone close to you!

Hey Mark,
Great job! I’m so glad to see that you are in PA. I’ll see you very soon then, in Erie. I guess now I’m not sure when it is since you’re so close. See you then!! I can’t wait!
Mark,
What a ride! You were keeping busy whilst Clay and Eric were searching for that “Stop leak” to fix the bus. It is always the last place you look, isn’t it?
You were bookin’ around that curve–and then it looked like the bus got lost again and was going the other way! Maybe that’s why they got all confused and couldn’t find you–you were going too fast for them!
My family and friends here in Japan are praying for you. As we go to bed, we pray for y’all as you start your day. We think of you and pray for you when we get up since you are almost through your day’s ride.
Please keep being careful out there–the Lord is certainly watching over you–just one spill on the trip. PTL! We will pray that it stays at that number.
You are an inspiration to many people, Mark. Thank you for staying with it, through the tough days as well as the “good” days.
Continue to be like Joshua: “Be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go. This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth’ but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.” 1:7,8
Keep being strong and courageous! God is watching over you and we are cheering y’all on!

Wow!! What an strong effort you put in yesterday! The 160 is big enough - what folks don’t know was that the video crew we had out there slowed you down a bit early in the day, that you battled construction, and the route was detailed and full of turns. I am guessing you spent 10-11 hours riding yesterday. You are an extraordinary man.
You and the crew are amazing to me. Your shared joy, bond and purpose a testimony to your pure hearts and your hearts for orphans. I love the comment you made this this tour has such a strong purpose, beyond a new song or new album.
As an encouragment - Psalm 17:8 and following:
I have set the Lord always before me. He is my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure… You have made known to me the path of life, you fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal riches at your right hand.
Love you guys!!

Just like Monty Hall in Let’s Make A Deal - what’s behind beard #1? And wasn’t Mark headed one way round that bend, and the bus heading the other way? Great job on the 160 miles - although you may not have had much of a choice since you were without the bus. Might as well keep on peddling! God works in wonderous ways, eh? We all thank Him for watching out for you all.
Your commitment to the need to care for orphans and widows has inspired hundreds, perhaps thousands to look at themselves and ask, “what can I do?” - and then (hopefully) act upon the answer. Thanks again to you all for your limitless love and your hearts.

Great job on the miles!!! These video blogs are great…and done so well, not to mention hilarious at times.
I hope you found some useful items in the care package I gave you in Mansfield. Maybe I should have added a first aid kit! Just kidding…I’m sure you guys have that on the bus. Sorry about your spill. The journal that was in the bag was for you to have paper to jot down future songs. I’m sure one or two will come from this “journey” in your life.
The show Sunday evening was a nice ending to a beautiful day with my family and friends. Thanks for taking the time to stop for a picture!
May our Lord continue to bless you all and keep you safe!

Dear Mr. Schultz,
Wow!!! I can’t believe you are already in Pennsylvania!!! Our God is so awesome! When you’re done, I’m going to miss the daily videos. Thanks so much for doing them!
“I look up to the mountains - does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made the heavens and earth!” Psalm 121:1-2
Remember don’t look at the mountains, look to God! He is our only source of help and strength. You can do any job God gives to you only with His help.
May the Lord bless you today and give you strength to make it through! In His Arms, Leanne
Mark, My family and I have watched you cross this great country. And we’ve all been praying for you. We really asked God to start helping you when you were in Arizona or new mexico—I’m a cyclist and noticed your climbing skills weren’t there and two days later, that triathalete guy ministered you in hills. Our 3 adopted korean children have been praying their hearts out for you, and singing your songs. Normally the Tour de France is what I pay most attention to in summertime, but you are way better! (and you aren’t on drugs!) Everyday we are excited to see how far you’ve gone and what kind of challenges you are up against. When you have a hard day, and I’ve had a hard day, your blog has touched my heart so much, that I feel like I really know you—That’s Jesus! We are cheering you on to the homestretch—Hebrews 12:1
We plan to see you when you come to Frankenmuth, MI. to do a concert.
God bless you and your crew and your cause!
Gregg, Becky, Sam, Adam and Elise!
Welcome to our beautiful state of Pennsylvania. We are so glad to have you here. I can not believe its that time already. You are doing such a great job. 160 miles is amazing. Watch out for our “rolling hills”. We are known for them I find it ironic, that the day that you got into our state, we finished the video. We are so excited to get it to you. We are trying to get it to you while your on the tour, we hope it will give you a good laugh.
If you only knew how much were praying for you all!!! God has been so faithful taking care of you and maybe he just is allowing those small falls, bus problems to let you know that he IS watching over you , and that things could be worse.
Love the 80’s music. All the music has been great, good job to the video guy-is that Eric?
We got a letter yesterday from Life Outreach International ( James and Betty Robison) in response to my campaigning. They said to tell you they are proud of what you are doing!! We are so proud of you for what you are doing for these children, just imagine what God is thinkging. What your doing to serve the Lord is making an unbelievable impact not only on the orphans and widows but everyone seeing and being involved in this beautiful kind act.!!!
We love you brother! Praying for all of you.
Love In Christ,

Mark,
I sure do enjoy your video’s. I’ve been watching your video’s since one of the Good Guys from “They Joy FM” was riding with you. Mansfield is my home town and I told all my family about you coming there. I wish I could have been there to watch your concert and watch you ride through town.
May God bless you for all that you are doing and may he keep His mighty hands upon you as ride through our great country.
Looking forward to seeing you hopefully at the concert on the July 3rd in Pinellas Park.
God Bless!!!
