Hi Mark! You rode right by my family's house today! My dad and brother were outside mowing and saw the big bus and you! Keep going! You're in our thoughts and prayers.

What a sweet, precious lady! She has given of herself for others for all of these years and just continues to give! What a servant's heart she has! You are right, Mark, the world does need more people like Mazie. But, I can think of at least one more that the world is blessed with! ; ) Take care and God bless!

Mark,

As I prepare to ride with you later this month in Illinois, I have been tracking your progress (VIA. this wounderful Blog.)

I couldn't help but notice, that this bicycle journey for you is much like our Christian Journey of Faith or (Faith Walk) if you will.

Week one was something new for you, cycling long distances, every day ,day after day very dificult to stay possitive on this new journey. But as the weeks "ROLL" on it becomes easier for you because it is a daily part of your life.

Not unlike our Faith Walk, if we walk (or Ride) with Christ everyday of our lives it becomes much easier to praise and worship Him for everything He does for us.

I guess what I am trying to say, watching you from day one until today, there has been a very close correlation between your journey and my faith walk.

May God bless you and keep you safe on your journey.

I heard you talk about this in your interview with Frank Reed, it's a really awesome story! God really does work in mysterious ways, cinnamon rolls, aluminum cans, and Mazie! I don't know what politics are behind the local government thing, but it sounds as if the people with a servants heart came out victoriuos regardless.

Looking forward to your Faces of Faith interview Sunday AM on CNN. I listen to the regular CNN news channel in the early morning and they were plugging your interview pretty well. Your service and your mission are being recognized, and to the greater benefit of the kids!!! Like I said before, we pray that many blessings come from this ride......
Amen?!!!

Our sentiment for you is this:

“We always thank God for all of you, mentioning you in our prayers. We continually remember before our God your work produced by faith, you labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ”.
