I’m not an expert–so don’t put too much stock into this insight, but I THINK you’ll make better time if you take that stationary brace thingy off the back wheel (I told you I wasn’t an expert)…
…I can’t believe I just watched 3 min of Mark riding in a store. I clearly AM a hardcore fan of the trip and the blog! Glad to have you back online. Hope the tweaks make for a better ride!
I have to agree with MReed on this one. I didnt want to say anything seens how I also am not an expert on bike riding. My 8 year old twins were watching this with me this morning and my son said (kind of confused)…..mom, that just doesnt make any sense, what is he doing?
The music to these three videos, cracks me up! Wanna talk about some memories along with these songs. Music I just dont listen to anymore.
Praying for you guys! Keep up the good work.

I agree with MReed - I must be a hardcore fan too! Your tune up treking in the bike shop reminded me of my stationary bicycle that gets no action (UGH)
Heard your show was a huge success that you moved a lot of people to assist you in your mission to help orphans and widows. Great job!!!
The James Fund is so grateful to have a road warrior like you- peddling for the young and old whom Our Father commands us to help.
Thanks brother-

Mark- well I for one couldn’t get enough of this video. I too ama hard core fan and having a chance to sit and critique your riding form was tremendous. I will be reviewing this tape often. Keep up the good work. Keep your toe off the ground.

PS- try popping a wheely or riding with no hands to spice up the ride.

Well I guess after having watched that video that I will have to say that I will watch Mark doing just about anything! The music did help me “be-bop” thru it but I really thought we were going to get some profound words from ya’ brother!
Just teasing! I’d watch it again just to show my support, keep truckin’
Blessings,
