Hey Mark-
Thanks for another great riding day! Sorry to hear about your flat tire:( I am glad the Good Lord brought you through that trial and that you made it to your next stop safely.
What a blessing it is to see God work through you. You are His hands and feet- reaching out to other’s in need.
My moring time with God reminded me of how you are fulfilling His word-
Matthew 10:39
“Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”
How you are putting your life on hold to follow God’s word in James 1:27 to help orphans and widows in distress is amazing. I know He is working through you for His glory!
Have faith in knowing that Matthew 10:42-
“And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward.”
Know that your reward not only will be seen in the eyes of children coming to feel the love of God and widows no longer feeling all alone, but through the knowledge that you are in the center of God’s will
Thanks for helping me grow in my faith and giving me a stronger desire to make a difference for the glory of God.
Lots of love-
Marilyn Sullivan

Cute video blog! Love Winslow, AZ…..didn’t know there truly was a REAL Winslow, AZ!
Mark, you are working WAY HARD! Be safe, be careful! I’m praying for your safety as you continue on this valiant mission. God gave this verse to me this morning to pray over you:
“Because God is my refuge, the High God my very own home, evil can’t get close to me, harm can’t get through the door. He ordered His angels to guard me wherever I go.”
PSALM 91:9-11
Thank you, Jesus, that You go with Mark and the crew wherever they go. That YOU send Your angels to surround Mark as he travels the roads on his bike. I pray that the wind from the wings of Your angels would carry him up the mountains that he has to climb and bring him “home” safely to the bus at night for a well rested sleep. Dear Lord, he has to be tired and weary, please give him the energy and the strength that only YOU can give his body as he makes this journey for YOUR children.
In Jesus’ most HOLY name I pray,
AMEN
GOD BLESS YOU MARK and THE CREW,

I told dad that we should race you across Kansas and that we should give you a head start….did not know you needed such a “running” head start to get up to speed.

Brother Mark,
It looks like you left it all out there on the road yesterday. Just exhausted by days end. This is an incredible sacrifice on your part Mark. A great day of sacrifice!
Here is what gets be about you… Being a living sacrifce, riding across America for orphans and widows, began by you being sensitive to those God brought to your attention. Thanks for listening and acting in such a powerful way.
This may be the challenge for all of us. Are we sensitive to those God puts in front of us? Do we take action?
Acts of sacrifice on the level of your ride change lives, churches, and communities. Maybe a nation.
Stay strong in all ways.

Hello Mark, Chuck, Eric, Redwine and Clay!!!
As each of you; Mark, Chuck, Eric, Redwine and Clay, continue to sacrifice each day, God is calling us, those who are watching, to do the same! As we see your daily determination, God is challenging us to have the same! As we see your daily unity, God is asking us to be one as you are all one! God is making your bike across America, ours as well! As we watch, we are feeling your ride in all its innermost parts! When you started, this was just you. But now it is you and us! All in the name of orphans; to help the James Fund by having the heart of Jesus! As God uses each of you each day in this cause, we are truly inspirited and called higher. Watching you reminds me of how the Macedonian churches were. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mark and Chuck and Eric and Redwine and Clay!
2 Corinthians 8:1-7
‘And now, brothers, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches. Out of the most severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity. For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own, they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints. And they did not do as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us in keeping with God’s will. So we urged Titus, since he had earlier made a beginning, to bring also to completion this act of grace on your part. But just as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us-see that you also excel in this grace of giving. ‘

Mark,
You are such a blessing and an inspiration! I look forward to watching your blogs everyday!
Not many can do what you are doing and stay so positive when they are so physically and mentally exhausted.
I am sorry to hear about your flat tire.
my family’s thoughts and prayers are with you throughout the day every day.
Glad to see that your still able to be a goof eventhough its obvious that you are getting exhausted. You are doing a great job, just keep looking at the reward in the end!! As someone mentioned above about the angels. I too have prayer that God is protecting you with his angels. When I let my daughter go live with her dad, the only way that I could deal with letting her go was because I pray every day ans ask that God puts his best angels around her. I can rest knowing that he does . I asked if he’d share and send some of his best over to you.
By the way, I have a picture of that teepee in the hills , I took it in 89 when I was there-haa!
Im trying to get the video on my site,(the one we promised you for 2 years now!!). Check it out, its just the beginning, we have the rest to add but I think its funny.
Have a blessed time & “take it easy”

It worked!!
By the way, that Winslow , AZ clip was halarious!!!!!!
I also wanted you to tell you that I have a picture of that teepee in the hills!! Ha! I saw that when we were there in 89,must be on the same route.
When I let my daughter go live with her dad , the only way that I was able to do that was because I pray everyday and ask that God puts his angels around her. I rest in trusting and knowing that he does. I asked that he would spare some of his best to send over to you. You are doing a great job, keep focused on the reward at the end.
We hope to be able to see you somewhere along the way! The kids wanted you to know that we’ve started the video we’ve been promising for 2 years now. Im hoping to have the beginning on my site today. Check it out, I think its funny.

Mark-
Seeing you get to the point of exhaustion like that brings home the challenges you are truly facing each day. That given I still have to rate the video of you in the bike shop as my favorite.
I did see that Brad wants to race you when you get to Kansas, which reminds me of how excited the folks in Kansas will be see you. (except the lady that lives in your old house in Colby!)
Stay strong,

“There comes a time when you have reach inside and push your own button” Go Mark, go.
Hi Mark- As my three kids get ready for sleep, they all pile into my sons bed to watch your blog each night on the lap top. It’s been great getting the family together to talk and pray about something other than American Idol and anything pop. We have the yard sale for ophans and widows coming up here in our front yard in Boston and this family couldn’t be happier about it. Thanks.

Mark, By looking at the video, God sent you lots of semi’s to pull you along the way. Cute camera trick with you in the mirror. Maybe the guys can strap a camera on your helmet to give us the birds eye view, so to speak. The quote from my “Touched by an Angel” calendar says: All God asks is that we do our best. He knows what’s in your heart. Peace. I echo the water and sunscreen from Renee.
