Mark,
You’re doing great! Keep up with the pre/during and post nutrients!
Your mission is a great one and we’re all praying for you.
Question: Will you be putting all the video clips into one DVD and make it available to us for purchase? Just something to remember this ride across America.

Lemme think know…

…I once watched a video from a biker that was stressing about the mileage scheduled for Kansas…who was that guy. I can’t be Mark. Mark looks like he could blow through Kansas on his lunch break!

Brother I “hate” to say it, but it looks like you’re getting “stronger, faster, better” with each day! Where’s Oscar Goldman! He must be close by.

Excellent work. I’m heading to the sponsorship link in celebration!

Mark-

You are getting faster and stronger! God is providing you strength and courage- Keep pressing on brother!

If you keep at this pace, you may have to stop in Michigan ;-)

We are praying for you and happy that you are taking care of yourself with all the suggestions and power food people are supplying!

Keep your light shining! Lives are being changed because of you carrying out God’s work!

*Godspeed*

Love to all,

Marilyn Sullivan

I am posting this comment for someone who is having a hard time getting internet to work on her computer lately….

We are praying for Mark and the crew daily. The kids loves to ask where is Mark today? They know that the end of your route is only miles from our house. When we pass a cyclist on the road that always wonder if it is you….so we have started praying for you every time we pass a cyclist.

Thanks,
Suzette

A stop in Michigan?? Yes.yes, that would be nice! BEFORE the two concerts in Frankenmuth and Unity Fest in August ;)

I bet that was an awesome feeling to finally see that Kansas sign. Today was probably the first time you felt you were on familiar territory again!!

I second that vote for all the daily videos to be put on one for us to watch later down the road! And all procedes go to…..THE JAMES FUND!!

It is amazing how God has put in you to ride 120 miles, then 130 miles the very next day! Thats awesome brother!

My prayers are with you!

In Christ,
Mel

You are doing great! But please slow down! I’m afraid that you’ll be going through Indiana before I get back from a missions trip to Brasil! I really want you and the crew to stop by and have a Mexican meal after we cheer you on from Indy to Richmond! Keep on pedalin’ and we’ll keep on prayin’! Jen Hudnall, Centerville, IN

Loved the Rich Mullin’s song on the video. How appropriate for riding in Kansas!

Very cool. That was quite a bit to do on top of 170 yesterday! Way to go!
I also liked the music in this video!

Mark-
170 backed up by 130 I have to tell you that there is some speculation, on the west coast at least, that you might be doping. Everyone who has watched your blogs consistently (us hard core fans) knew as soon as you mixed in some Powerbars and stopped stationary riding in bike shops you would just cruise throught he rest of your little ride. Must feel great to be back in the home state. A few tips while riding in Kansas. Your bike will work better with a spoiler, Epard has one you can borrow. Watch out that your fingers don’t get pruned. If Freddy is passing you, you will hear the squeek from his tennis shoes first. Joanna S. is still upset about the false Doc’s report to her grandparents so watch out. Cindy will have a Chilli dog waiting for you at the Chopper house. And finally Coach Mac says get going before the ol’ bear jumps on your back or he has to show you his impersonation of a sheep herder kicking…you know.
Skins
PS- Does any portion of this ride go towards ’saving Kael?’

Hey Mark,
It must fell so good to be in Kansas. We are so happy for you to be in yur home state. Have a wonderful time there.
Truth be told, I didn’t watch the video yet, but wanted to leave you comment to be a constant support:-)But if Rich Mullins is singing, Im sure its great.
We are praying for you every single day. Your doing great.
God Bless you, your family and ministry always,
Christina Ross and Family

-when your exactly half way there, you should use Livin on a Prayer on the video-

Howdy neighbor! Now that you’re a little better educated on the nutrition end of it, I feel bad that someone wasn’t able to share that with you before you began your journey! But then again, you’d be swimming in the Atlantic by now. ;) It would be interesting to visit the tornado damaged town of Greensburg since you’re so close. If you want to practice your Spanish while passing through the KC area, you’re more than welcome to visit our church. We have several members from Monterrey. :) Blessings go out to you and the crew. It brings me joy to see that you are gaining strength and momentum. Continue to be strong in the Lord, brother! You are making a difference!

Way to go crew! Smart idea to give Mark some shade while riding. Was he really going as fast as the bus or did you have to slow down? ;-) Mark you are not riding yourself out of a trip, but you are planning, so you can make it to Joplin, MO early so you can rest up for the show. Way to go. Someone is watching over you. Glad to see you are atleast stopping along the way for a break. Are you ever going to introduce the camera man to us someday? Whoever he is, is doing a great job on editing the tape to be seen.

I do have to do a shout out to your wonderful crew, keeping you hydrated, nourished, entertained, rested, and so on. You are lucky to have a great crew like them to keep you going.

Keep it up! Sweettlc

Mark,
Greetings from a fellow Jayhawk, now living in Japan! Our family really appreciates your music and your heart to serve the Lord and His people. Your desire to encourage the kids who are orphans and those who work with them is wonderful. May the Lord continue to watch over and protect you and your crew as you cruise through the Sunflower State. What a great way for you to see America and be encouraged by the everyday men and women that make America such a great nation. We will continue to pray for you as you ride on and share your music along the way. I do hope you don’t have to cycle all the way to Joplin and then backtrack to Great Bend (my birthplace) on the bike. A looong way! Say it isn’t so! Also a big “thanks” to the video, audio and computer crew tagging along and doing a great job! “O genki day!” = Take care!

Mark,
I am writting this through tears on memorial day watching one of my most favorite artists and current largest inspirations on the ride of his life, riding to a song sung by my old youth pastor and mentor who was my first and biggest inspiration to live my life for God! He was an amazing man and so are you!!!

You along with Gods help are doing amazing! If you guys think it could happen I would certainly buy a dvd with all your video blogs on it!

I can’t write more today but my(and my families) love, thoughts and prayers are with you everyday!

Mark,
Thanks for surprising us at the family reunion. It was great to see you. It meant a lot to us that you took the time to stop by. I also enjoyed talking with the guys on your crew. They are very cool.

3,502 miles – WOW! Only about 1,750 to go. We’ll be praying for you during the rest of your trip.
