Hey Mark, Eric, Christian, and Clay
I’m glad to see that you had a lot of people there to support you. I thought about you all last week while I was at church camp. i bet you are all glad to be home with your families. Eric, Christian, and Clay, thank you for all of your hard work while making sure that everything went well for Mark. And Mark, you are one amazing guy to work so hard to raise money for the orphans and widows. We all love you guys and hope to get to see you again soon. I can’t wait to see what your new goal will be. Good luck and God bless.

Hey guys!

A HUGE thank you to Mark and the entire team who stuck by him through thick and thin, on and off the road. You guys are AWESOME! Mark, I know without seeing the final numbers that many, MANY widows and orphans will be greatly blessed by the funds raised on this 2 month journey! You did EXCELLENT, even through the tough days you faced where things went wrong and where the hills, mountains and winds made things difficult for you. Thank you for being a great example of persistence overcoming resistence :)
Kate and all the families at home all this time, thank you for giving up time with your husbands so they could all do this great work for the Lord. You are all a blessing and will be greatly rewarded for your sacrifices.
Thanks again, Mark and everyone!
God bless and keep each and every one of you!
KOKD! (Keep On Kicking the Devil)
See you in Muskegon and Frankenmuth next month, Mark!
(((((((((hugs)))))))))), love and prayers from your friends in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Wow! What a moving video. Congrats again Mark and gang for reaching your goal. Never did find out what happened to the sub. I am so happy that you were able to raise so much awareness and funds for the james fund, it is going to help so much. Thank you all for including everyone into your increadable journey. This journey really did show how lives are, with the ups and downs. And Mark you did do a bet of teaching also along the way. I learned so much, on top of what I already know, but you just planted a seed a little deeper, God is always with us, he always has a purpose for us, he likes to send us a curve ball just to make sure we are still aware of that he is still with us and most of all, determination will always help one reach ones goals in life. Work through those little curve balls. Thank you again for giving us the chance to see you, the farmers tan, what Clay’s beard really is for, showing Eric he has another talent, everyone else for their assistance and most of all installing that belief in all of us when times are tough, God has a meaning to his maddness. I do not have a good quote from the calendar today, for nothing could every inspirer you more then what you already did, making to the finish. I hope the bus is felling better also. You do have to feel for the bus, having to put up with such unpredictable schedule, going coast to coast, having Clay trying to fix it, Clay hiding things all over the cupboards, and the drawers coming open around a corner was just a sign warning you. :-) Sorry could not resist. Best of luck. Sweettlc

To Mark and Brothers in Christ!
It was worth the wait! Thank you for sharing this amazing last moments and thank you for all you have done for those sweet children and women. Great is your reward! I am sure that is not why you did it, but I am sure when the Lord looks onto your hearts, He sees faithful and loyal children! He is proud of all of you! You have made such a difference in the Kingdom. You are an example of what we all should be doing, Demonstrating His Love to a broken world! Thank you for being obedient! You have touched our lives greatly!
The Lord’s blessings to you all! We are one of thousands but know our prayers are with you, until we meet here on earth or meet in our Heavenly Home.
Always in Christ,
Dennis and Mary Lojeck

Hi Mark, Eric, Clay & Christian

A great video! It looks like it was a wonderful celebration to finish this bike tour. How blessed are the orphans and widows who receive the benefits from the James Fund! It was great to see MJ and Mark H. giving you words of appreciation (and the cake) for what you accomplished!

Clay, if you had never driven a bus much before, you certainly must have been a fast learner! You did an awesome job! And learned to cook, too!! And what else might be lurking in that beard? I hope you have found everything that might have been “lost” in it.

Eric, awesome job on the videos! Again, if you hadn’t done much of it, you did great! The scenery from coast to coast and everything else you took videos of was great! And the music to go along everyday was fantastic too!

Christian, we didn’t see as much of you, but I know you were doing a great job “behind the scenes”. The 2 days I saw you, you were making sure everything was organized and running smoothly. Thanks for your time and help in
Quincy and Jacksonville IL.

Mark, you have done an awesome job with this bike ride! You have seen the great work of our creator across these United States. You endured ups and downs (physically & emotionally) and God blessed you with strength and perserverence to continue. Thanks to all those bike riders who came out and rode with you! Thanks also to all the people along the way who came out to encourage and support you! I feel like we all became sort of a “family” of supporters! Thanks to Kate for sharing you with all of us for 2 months. Kate, you have a very special husband and Mark, you have a very special wife.

What an amazing trip this has been for everyone! Thanks for letting all of us share in the journey! Being able to watch the videos everyday and encourage all of you with comments has been a wonderful blessing for me! (I’m sure I speak for lots of others, too). I will miss the videos and comments, but know that I am thinking and praying for all of you!

You are an amazing man of God. Your ministry through music or whatever else God calls you to do will always be great! My life has been touched by your music and I will continue to praise God and pray prayers of thanksgiving.

Mark, thanks again for taking the time to meet me when you were in Quincy IL. It was a privilege and I will consider you a friend always.
I ran across this quote today and I thought of you: “A good deed is never lost; he who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.” - St Basil.

May God continue to bless each and every one of you!

Blessings & Hugs,

Great Job!!! You are changing the world for the better!!
Our experience with you guys was AWESOME!!!
Thanks for DARING TO DO GREAT THINGS FOR CHRIST!
I thank GOD for allowing our paths to cross.
We were so lucky and honored to be included in 1 day of your Ride Across America for Orphans. You definitely planted a seed in the hearts of my boys and now you have reached into the next generation and they will hopefully reach down to their kids and so on…and so on….we will continue to make our time on earth better for everyone by believing in God with all of our hearts and souls. Our God is smiling immensely at the efforts of all involved in this journey …
Congratulations and keep up the good work!!!!

Faith cannot be taught….it is something that is caught along the way ….so thanks for the opportunity to allow my boys to watch God work through all of you in your journey to help Orphans. Damian was in awe of you Mark, couldn’t you tell the way he looked at you and you looked at him back and forth. He just started summer school and has to write an essay on his personal hero…..guess who he chose???? Tears came to my eyes when he told me he chose Mark Schultz riding for orphans. You have done more than you will ever know, thank you!!!

THANKS TO MARK FOR:
-Riding 200 miles the day/night before so our ride the next day didn’t have to start until 9am, you were tired and we were pumped up….so we got to ride with you the entire way
-Wearing the blue McCoy Family jersey during our ride, it was great being on your team
-Being so patient with my boys as they all pedaled their way to ride as close to you as possible….yes sometimes tooooo close…..remember no tire kissing
-Allowing us to ride on…..and not go back to straighten up all those orange cones
-Touching our hearts in many ways…you are a humble servant of God and allowed my boys to be a part of your journey and become your friend
-Making our experience at your concert in Maine ever-so- SPECIAL
-Just being you, a funny guy that lives with the wonder of a child and loves with a love that has no end.

THANKS TO ERIC FOR:
-Going the extra mile and coordinating our ride with the ever-changing schedule at the end…I know it wasn’t easy especially since we were out of email reach
-Running all over the place to catch us riding with Mark, apparently the bus didn’t fit on the bike path
-Creating an awesome video for our July 1st ride
-Keeping up with all the questions from the boys

THANKS TO CHRISTIAN FOR:
-Teaching my boys how to use all those electronic gadgets on the bus
-Answering all their questions, it must have been quiet on the bus before we came aboard
-Inviting us to the concert in Maine, 8hr drive through the beautiful mountains of NY, VT, NH, and ME…..it was well worth it!!

THANKS TO CLAY FOR:
-Letting the boys help “fix” the bus with you
-Showing the boys how to “drive” the bus
-Answering their never ending questions about the bus

THANKS TO THE BUS FOR:
-Carrying us and our bikes to the starting point
-Allowing us to rest on her plush velvet seat/couch
-Making it across America all the way to New Hampshire, though she didn’t get to experience the great salt air at the Atlantic Ocean

We will cherish this day forever, thanks for everything!!! We hope you liked the Cookies. Hope to see you in NJ in Oct.
With Great Love,
Arlene “the Mom”, Arek, Kristof, and Damian McCoy

Thank you so much Christian, Clay, Eric , and Mark! Your contribution to orphans and widows is priceless! Thank you for your commitment and endurance. I feel blessed to watch you daily on your journey. You are all gifted men of Christ. Amazing to watch God work through you and see His work being done by serving orphans and widows.

You have definetly changed lives- not just orphans and widows but mine also. Thanks for being living proof of the power of God’s word!

Many thanks to the sponsors- without your support this worthwhile mission could never have been accomplished. Thanks also to the loving families who sacrificed these 4 men to carry out God’s word in James 1:27.

Christian, Clay, Eric , and Mark- I really enjoyed getting to know you and pray that the Lord continues to bless all of you! You will always hold a place in my heart! Look forward to seeing you in Grand Rapids :)
Much love now and always!!!
